Responsibilities:
- Passenger assistance and support: Provide superior customer service to passengers at various touchpoints, including ticketing counters, check-in areas, boarding gates, and arrival areas. Assist passengers with flight bookings, check-in processes, seat assignments, baggage handling, and any other inquiries or requests they may have. Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all passengers.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving: Handle customer complaints, concerns, and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy. Listen actively to understand the issues and work towards satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams, such as ground staff, cabin crew, and security, to address passenger needs and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
- Safety and security compliance: Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures to ensure the well-being and comfort of passengers. Communicate and enforce airline policies, rules, and procedures, including those related to baggage restrictions, security checks, and emergency situations. Remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
