Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance and support. Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries, complaints, and requests via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address passenger concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout their journey.
  2. Ticketing and Reservations: Assist passengers with flight reservations, ticket bookings, and itinerary modifications. Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and travel policies. Process ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with established procedures.
  3. Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot passenger issues related to flight delays, cancellations, baggage handling, and other travel-related concerns. Collaborate with internal departments, such as Operations and Ground Staff, to resolve complex problems and ensure smooth operations.
