2. Budgeting and Planning: Develop and oversee the branch's annual budgeting process. Collaborate with various departments to gather input, review financial proposals, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Monitor budget utilization and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
